Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to love your handmade pieces. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it — unused and undamaged
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at casalegaspistore@gmail.com or through our website chat. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. (For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, see below — those are on us.)
Because every piece is handmade and fragile, please pack returns carefully for transit; we recommend reusing the original packaging.
Damage, Wrong Items, or Shipping Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect, contact us ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and no more than 7 days after delivery, at casalegaspistore@gmail.com or via chat.
Please include these details:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the inner packaging
- Photos of the outer box
- A photo of the shipping label
What happens next:
These photos help us review the issue quickly and, when applicable, file a claim with the shipping carrier. We'll process your replacement or refund as soon as possible once we've reviewed your photos.
⚠️ Important: Please do not throw away the item, packaging, or box until we have reviewed the issue. We may need them to process your claim.
Return Condition & Inspection
Once we receive a returned item, we inspect it to confirm its condition:
- If it arrives unused and in the same condition it was sent, we'll process your refund.
- If it shows damage, wear, or use that happened after delivery and was not reported on arrival, we may decline the refund or issue only a partial refund. Items must be returned in resellable condition.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
