We want you to love your handmade pieces. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
To start a return, contact us at casalegaspistore@gmail.com or through our website chat. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. (For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, see below — those are on us.)
Because every piece is handmade and fragile, please pack returns carefully for transit; we recommend reusing the original packaging.
Damage, Wrong Items, or Shipping Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect, contact us ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and no more than 7 days after delivery, at casalegaspistore@gmail.com or via chat.

This marbled ceramic mug is handmade Jalisco, Mexico, using a rare artisanal technique: artisans dip a straw into colored glaze and blow, creating delicate bubbles that pop across the surface and leave behind a one-of-a-kind marbled pattern. No stencils, no stamps — just breath, glaze, and decades of skill. Every mug that comes out of the workshop is completely unique.
To create the marbled effect, artisans mix glaze with water, dip in a straw, and blow until a cloud of bubbles forms. The mug is then rolled through the foam, and as each bubble bursts against the clay it leaves a delicate ring behind. The result is a pattern that can never be replicated — a signature of authentic handcraft from Dolores Hidalgo.
